Hacker is the key word for this Merry Manga day!
Dengeki Daisy by Kyousuke Motomi
Romance Rating: 4.5/5
Art Rating: 3.5/5
Story line: 5/5
The art is enjoyable, but as you can see, not my favorite. It fits the story more than my personal taste. I love the story line! It's full of mystery, hackers, high stakes and misdeeds. This is a great example of a good manga where the romance is not exactly the focal point. I mean, it is mentioned at least in every chapter or manga book, but it's quickly overshadowed by the newest (often hacker related) problem they have to deal with. It's an exciting and really good series. The romantic tension is electric, but not too overwhelming. There's only about one or two side characters that are present with any kind of frequency, but they are at least interesting. Dengeki Daisy is definitely for people who like teenager based manga that isn't heavy on the romance.
