Cover Alerts!

All of you who've read my blog for any amount of time know that I am obsessed with book covers. I live on the beautiful designs and glamorous fonts. So, when I see exceptionally gorgeous covers that make my knees go weak and the only sound I become capable of producing is "hnnnnnnnnnnnnnng." Then, I know I have to share them with you.

First up is the Fashionista herself, Evie from Paranormalcy by Kiersten White, in a gorgeous purple gown! I adore all of Evie's covers, she looks great in them all! But this one just seems to go the extra mile. Purple also happens to be one of my favorite colors, like ever, so I'm a bit biased.

Releases July 24th 2012
The third book in the Paranormalcy trilogy.

The final chapter of Evie's adventures. Old friends, new ones, all wrapped up in impossible decisions. And some ball gowns. Because what's a life of normal and paranormal drama without a ball gown or two?

Next is a newcomer on the scene, The Selection by Kiera Cass, sporting a host of mirrors and a stunning blue gown! I mean look at this thing, really? Isn't it beyond beautiful? I love the pose, the dress, the mirrors, the crown. I've already resolved to buy it the very first week it comes out. It just looks that amazing, and sounds pretty darn awesome as well!

Releases April 24th of 2012
For thirty-five girls, the Selection is the chance of a lifetime. The opportunity to escape the life laid out for them since birth. To be swept up in a world of glittering gowns and priceless jewels. To live in the palace and compete for the heart of the gorgeous Prince Maxon.

But for America Singer, being Selected is a nightmare. It means turning her back on her secret love with Aspen, who is a caste below her. Leaving her home to enter a fierce competition for a crown she doesn't want. Living in a palace that is constantly threatened by violent rebel attacks.

Then America meets Prince Maxon. Gradually, she starts to question all the plans she's made for herself- and realizes that the life she's always dreamed of may not compare to a future she never imagined.

So, those are the book covers that make me go all wobbly inside right now. Which ones have made you go weak in the knees?

Happy Reading,
